Can i do this?

Sense i cant sell my stocked 55 we were thinking of putting every thing of the 55 minus the fish into our 150. we have some shrooms, large hammer, and zoo's and a clam.with about 80 pounds of live rock. we have a yellow head eel and a a lion fish with about 60 pounds of live rock( in the 150). would this be safe? i have bubble tipped anom. growing wild on some of the rock and the eel and lion have not messed with them. could this be ok? i really want to have one tank not 2. so help me out

the corals should be fine. you said you're not putting the fish in, so i wont mention that. how about inverts (snails, shrimp)? those wouldn't be a good idea. if its just the rock and corals, should be fine.
