Fish vary in grow rates, and theres many other factors that play a role in the size, but Id say a guestimate could be a few inches a year. The tangs may fight because they require large tanks, but if theyre small, they might be ok for a little bit. I hope that when they do get large, there may be a place you can give them to, or work out a deal or something.

you cannot do this. this is not a large enough tank. you shouldn't even have the naso or hippo. if you were gonna have a tang in this size tank it should be something like a powder or zebrosoma tang of some kind.

+1 although you COULD do it but i dont think its in the best interest for the fish to do it.. especially the naso.. and i would say either the hippo or powder blue i think the powder blue stays a little smaller so that would probably be best..

How long has your tank been up & running? Lots of LR? I'm just guessing; but I suspect you're trying to do way too much, way too fast. Two large tangs and an emperor are WAY too much for a 90.

My Tank has been running for about ten months now! I let it sit for about four with 25 pounds of live rock in it befor I put any fish in it. I bought all my fish as babys so I figure they will do fine if they grow with each other. In the next couple of months I'm going to get both fish and thats it for that tank till I can upgrade. Thanks everyone

I don't like to be negative; but, IMO, you are well on the way to disaster. Way too many fish (and herbivores to boot), not enough room or LR to support them. Good luck.

what was the point of asking if you were going to do it anyway despite what every single post said? if you arent prepared to compromise your wants because of the tank avaiable then swf isnt for you.

Yeah The idea of putting naso, PB, & hippo tangs, along with an emperor angel, in a 4' 90 gal tank with only 25 lbs of LR is so far from anything even remotely reasonable its hard to imagine the thread is real. Certainly, every beginning hobbiest must do SOME research and absolutely none was done here. Why not just give the money to charity? Otherwise its just going down the toilet, literally.
