I have a 29 g tank, with 110W PC lighting. Is this enough lighting for an anemone.

Nope. While the wattage is enough by the "watts per gallon rule", that rule really does not work. PC lighting does not put out the same intensity lights as say MH or VHO. For example, 175 watts of MH puts out tons more intense light than 175 watts of PC. Not a totally accurate statement, but the point gets accross.
I am setting up my 29 gallon for an anemone tank with a pair of onyx clowns. I am aging the tank right now so it will be ready for an anemone in a few months.
I have 175w MH and 65w PC lighting for the tank. Probably could get away without the PC lighting, but I want a little more white than the 14,000K bulbs puts out so I have a 50/50 bulb in there. Oh yea, also installed 3 LED moonlights.

I have a 29 with 225 watts of VHO - seems to be working out okay so far (7 months) for the RBTAs.
