Can I hold a juvenile porcupine puffer fish?

I'm starting a 29 gallon tank and I really want to add a porcupine puffer I have a 180 gallon I'm still putting together and working on. Can I old this porcupine puffer for a year? Or less? And if so could I add an ocellaris clownfish also?

We use "growout" tanks quite often at our house, as many of our adults would love snacking on our juvie specimens.
As for how much time you have, it all depends on how large the fish is when you get it, how/what it's fed, etc.
