Can I keep a Hippo Tang in a 150-gal high?

Hi everyone. I'm starting to look into what fish to get for my 150-gal high tank, and I was wondering about hippo tangs. Can I keep a single tang in this tank--or if not, are there any that would be suitable? The tank is 48" long by 24" wide by 30" high.

Most people I talk to recommend 5 foot tanks or greater for tangs. Being that it's a 150 though and depending on how much swimming room you leave after laying out your rockwork it might work for you.
