Can I kill aptasia durring my cycle?

I think the majority will live, I would go ahead and start zapping them with some Kalk or aptisia-x or joe's juice. Then after your cycle a couple peppermint shrimp should help (some don't)

only spotted one. is that enough to breed?
and how dangerous/painfull is the sting?
Ive never been stung by an anemone. not that im a massacist or anything, but I was going to experiment out of curiosity. but if it can be potentially fatal id rather avoid it.

To be clear...do not pull them out!
When removed they will drop alot more new ones. Yes treat them now with a syringe with some of the stuff previously mentioned but don't try to remove them.

Dont touch it and they will survive anything. They are the roach of the coral community.
aiptasia X is the greatest thing ever. Just go slow. The aiptasia will grasp the syringe. As it grabs it slowly but steady inject it. It will swallow the pink/purple juice and die in a few days. Look on all sides. Kill slowly. Dont gab. That is how they release their babies.

Since its only one...is it possible to pull the rock out(it sits on top and wont disturb anything else) flip it upside down, and gently pull the aptasia out with a tweezers?

No. If you try that you will end up with a bunch more, do not try and just pull it off, Honestly you would be best served to just get some Aiptasia X and zap it( the Syringe that it comes with is nice to have anyways)

How far along are you in the cycle, you shouldnt have any livestock in there so just turn off all the lights if should die. It needs light to produce food correct?

Only a week into the cycle. It can also feed from the sunlight in the house. I suppose I can board up the windows...but then I starve the bacteria that feeds off the ammonia as well right?
Or are these not photo synthesizing bacteria? And would 4 more weeks of total darkness be detrimental to the cycle?

The bacteria wont need light, simply put the light is needed for Anemones, Corals, & Coraline. Pretty much everything else will survive without light. The fish dont care, the stage when lighting becomes important is when you start adding the
"advanced" life forms. You could technically leave the lights out until you were about to add one in, I cycled my tank without lights on.

I read on here that Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime is pretty much the same thing as Joe's Juice except it costs Less that $3.00 for 1lb at Wal-Mart. I just gave it a try today and so far it looks like it's worked.

You would think. These guys can live with very little light. I have one in my eel tank that I just killed. I didnt even notice it for the past 3 months and I have a very very basic light that I run for about 6 hours a day.
Just X it. Trust me you will be much happier. That bottle will last forever if you get more rock. Its not expensive.
