Can i put my heaters in my wet/dry sump?
What are good tank placements for my jets?
My return line dumps straight into my tank under the glass top... what is a better way to place it so that it doesn't displace my sand?

Most people prefer to so they don't have to look at them in the display tank.

By "jets" do you mean powerheads? Placement will be different in every tank, mostly dependent upon how you arrange your LR. I'd just suggest trying to avoid any "dead spots" where waste can/will accumulate.
