:notsure: I have 55 gal with live rock but plenty of swimming room. All rock on bottom of tank. I have a volitan lion, a bar goby, yellow head sleeper goby, and a snowflake eel. Can I have an ocean or niger trigger. I couldnt remember if they nipped the lions fins or not. Also i read the ocean & niger where the least aggressive. Your opinions are appreciated!!

Defiantely pushing the bio load especially with the eel and lion. Proceed with caution, MONITOR water very carefully.

it realy depends on the niger itself. I will tell you the first day I added my niger to my agressive thank the first thing it did was attack my very large lion.my niger was 2 inches my lion was 11in .wasnt an extremely smart move the first thing my lion done was sucked up this new pest into his mouth and promptly spit him back out.niger no longer messes with lion.but nigers do have a habit of nipping at docile eels .my niger litterally ate half of my 12 in engeneer goby.with your tank size I def dont recomend this fish as nigers and most triggers do get large very quickly for some.
