Can I? Should I? Sue Walmart for 1 1million or more?

I found A black hair frozen to my newly opened flounder filets! NOW I AM TRAUMATIZED and will NEVER eat or look at fish the same way again I WANT 10 million!!... The manager from the fish plant called me at home and they sent me a check for 300% of the purchase price. Im not sue happy and will leave it at that. p.s. I ate the pieces of flounder that did not have the hair so I feel satisfied. HEY but if somebody can sue Mcdonalds and win for 3 million because they claim that their HOT COFFEE was TOO HOT, then I think I might have a case. WHERES CRIMZY?

Don't know you personally...but I cannot lie. I would think less of you if you do sue.
It's a hair. My wife drops hair in my friggin breakfast every weekend.
I found a 1 1/2" x 1/4" piece of S/S in a can of beans one time. I contacted the company just to let them know to check their equipment. They sent a case of their product, and I liked that.
Not to say that every lawsuit is frivilous, just a shame to see folks cash in on stupid crap like they hit the lottery.

I love walmart.
My cousin's inlaws found one of the old style lip sticks in a can of Pepsi years ago, back when the lipsticks were in the metal tubes. Pepsi shipped them a big supply of soda as a result of the complaint.

My friend Tizz, I like Walmart because as a whole they do offer better and lower prices and create many jobs, BUT I do not like them due to the fact #1 They monopolize and put small mom and pop stores OUT of business #2 Horrible long waits to check out. #3 They are to commercial and unfriendly #4 They do not care about their employees.

I don't shop there because of the China imports.
I finally got my wife to stop going...we live in a small town...and commonly refer to it as "ChinaMart". Hopefully getting everyone else I know to stop going as well.
70 percent of Chinese imports...that's a big darn chunck towards the Red Army.

Your reason #1 is high on my list of why I don't care for them.
But recently I talked to a woman who worked there and she told me that Walmart will NOT let an employee work full time (unless they are grandfathered in) because they do not want employees to have the benefits package.
They run out the small shops. People have to work there. But now they cannot get benefits?
Don't get me wrong, the damage is done and I don't wanna see them go under because of how many people rely on them, but the fact that they do stuff like this... No compassion for the people at all.
I know it's business, and it's smart business, but it's redundantly cruel if you ask me.

Dangit Heat...the more I think about it...sue the livin' you know what outa them jerks. Build a swimmin' pool size reef, and do it up right.

The whole Walmart franchise as a whole is worth some TRILLIONS of Dollars with each of the living Walton family is worth like 30 BILLION, YES BILLION dollars each! and they import 70% of things from CHINA and dont take care of their employees.. I think is B.S.

"I feel kinda guilty taking back 3X what I paid for the fish, I wanna call my brother who's a lawyer to make sure this is the right thing to do. I just wanna make sure it's fair all the way around."
Bet you'll get more, and you won't even have to ask for it.

Yeah that's true, but a lot of lives would change for the worse in the process.

It'd be a while before enough businesses were set up to fill that void.
