Awwww... you guys are sweet. And the game stops here... cause I'm stumped. LOL.
Did you just about kill that guy when removing him from the tank?
Was he flat while in there... like really flat?
Do a little google for polycad flatworm and see if it was like that when he was "in better condition". The pattern is the same and very identifiable for a polycad.... but the shape in the picture does not match a polycad.

To get them out, I just used a turkey baster and sucked them out. When I found them, both pieces were moving and they flattened out as they moved. When I put them into the container, they stayed round until I was able to get them out of the water, then they flattened out to move. I looked up polyclad, but I couldn't find anything that looked like them, of course, there were "SEVERAL" pics of flatworms. It kinda reminded me of a leech almost by the way it was moving.
