Can Ich kill coral?

no, but curing it can...
are you having white spots on your zoas?
edit: clarification--depending on how you cure ich you could kill all your corals (so don't treat your tank)

no coral cannot keep it alive but the dormant stage of ich can settle on coral rocks and such. 6 weeks no fish = no ich. regardless of what else is in the tank. ich NEEDS fish to complete its life cycle.
