This is in my sump tank mainly in my bubble pass through. when I disturb them it looks like a oval shrimp. are they good or bad. here is a pic

I see something in the top pic... far left side, upper center.
Doesn't look like this does it?

If so... DON'T TOUCH IT WITH YOUR FINGERS.

Cirolanid isopod. MEAN suckers. They have been known to embed themselves in flesh. They are fish parasites.

No I dont think they are them. Its more of a semi clear white they float around like a feather. Its hard to get a good pic. Its the stuff attached to the 2 chamber wall in the pic. I sometimes feed with the small frozen shrimp could it be the uneaten ones multiplying.

White planaria flatworm. If you get them there is usually an issue of overfeeding the tank. They will come and go with available nutrients.
