Can someone please ID the critter in the picture. It came in on a piece of LR and has started to multiply.

That's aiptasia, a pest anemone, that should be eliminated. You can use kalk injections, or peppermint shrimp to get rid of them.

what is a kalk injestor i have some of those anenomes and peppermint shrimp dont seem to get big enughf for my tank my cbs like them alot

Per your question, NaCl-H2O said Kalk injections (not injestions). What He/She meant was that it is possible to kill Aiptasia Anenomes with Kalkwasser which is a highly concentrated calcium supplement. You would have to go to your local drugstore and buy a hypodermic needle and use it to inject the Aiptasia (this also works on those pesky glass anenomes which can sting your corals as well).
