All fish can change colors to a degree . But if you mean drastic cchanges such as red to blue to green to yellow , The ansswer is no. Mainly they will change color becoming a pailer version due to stress or diet .
I think both of the above 2 responses are correct; but there a couple of different color phases of these fish, one has some brilliant yellow on the fins. Scroll down here a ways:http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/20...ture/index.php

There are dealers who specialize in rare, custom ordered fish; but I can't point you to one. Maybe a good googling might find one. Expect to pay big bucks if you go this way. Just a guess; but I think a fuzzy dwarfs color may depend on environment & diet more than actual color variety. I've had a couple lions that looked like different fish when they were moved to different tanks.
yea thats wat i heard to this lady in this other forum had a yellow, blue, red, and green one. Oh and i talked 2 my lfs about it and im special ordering a yellow one this friday
