I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure the size limit is 150 pixels square for avatars.
So I made it 150 on the largest size. That should do it.
By the way, google "virtualzone resizer" and go to the "freewareapp" link about half way down the results. It's a simple freeware resizer that I use to resize pics for this site.
The nice thing is that it doens't need to be installed, it's just a simple file to run, and you can tell it to resize to the largest size, so like for normal pictures here, that have a size limit of 500x500, you can resize a file so the largest side is 500, so it'll be the biggest it can go.
By the way... what is that pic on your profile picture.. it animates so fast you can't see it... and what does it say?

That dude sure goes out there..
It's funny. Because when he does interviews he's incredibly well spoken and laid back. It's interesting to watch how different someone is when they are doing their act and in real life.

The other avatar was strange but it kind of grew on you. However i do like this one better. Who is the girl next to you? sister or somthing. Also adobe is easy to use for resizing images.

Just need to throw my 2 cents in for the image editor; crop and resize is easy in the GIMP, which stands for "gnu image manipulation program" - and since it's gnu it's free, open source. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. I run linux and can't imagine using anything other than this software for any image manipulation, but when I had a Powerbook with OS X 10.3 I used it on that as well. Hope that helps!

In adobe go to file, then open your file, then go to image, then resize to 500 x500. Then save.
