I Recently Purchased A Light From A Website (jebo With A Total Of 220w) For My 55 Gallon Tank. What Can I Have In There? Anemones? Some Coral?

You can have some coral. Mushrooms, leather coral, most soft corals. im not sure about anemones

That sounds correct. Ya you can hold soft corals (most), mushrooms, polyps, and maybe like low light LPS but im not sure.
