Can Somone ID this please

Its about its about 2 inches long now and maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide.
I actually got it off of another rock that I didnt want any more so I cut it out and placed it on the rock in the pic. I got it from a LFS .
It decided it liked where it was at and attached its foot to it and has been thriving ever since. It has actually grown approximately 1/4 in in length since thess pics were taken.
I found a much smaller on on the same rock and transplanted it as well but its very small still. Maybe 1 /2 long. But its alive and doing well also.
I removed them from the other rock about 2 months ago. Also it wasnt really a rock, it was an old tube worm formation that was covered in aptasia <sp>
