Can these lights support a carpet?

I have a 2' deep 110 gallon with about a 3" sand bed so at max is about 20" deep and rocks going up to about 4" from the surface. I have 3 5' URI VHO ( 1 50/50 and 2 actinic). I am adding two 175W 10K MH, 1 above each rock stack with a channel spanning the middle of the tank. Will this be enough lighting to have a green carpet?

You are borderline. Go with 250W MH and you should be fine as long as the anemone is either directly below one of them, or getting light from both.

I'd suggest the 250's as well.
