i noticed tiny white organisms on the back of my tank today and my fish was covered with white spots yesterday andtoday looks very bad with brown like spots.. gzzzzz

i looked in my tank and on the back glass i see a lot of tiny
white organisms moving around???? what can this be?

I'm not sure I understand the question.
If you have ich in the tank, you have to assume that all the fish and the tank are infected and treat them.
Quarantining fish (removing them to a different tank) will allow the tank to become ich free (as long as there are NO fish in the tank) after a month.
The quarantined fish still need to be treated. Hyposalinity seems to be the preferred method of treatment. It worked for me.

Little white organisms that you can see crawling on the glass are not ich... could be harmless copepods or amphipods. White spots on your fish could easily be ich which is unrelated to the creatures crawling on you glass.
