Can we please have a lecture on change water circulation

I always do but never really understood why :notsure: and which is best airstone or power head?

it helps stabilize your water. Makes sure it all disolves too.
I would use a little powerhead. Air stones are generaly not used in saltwater because the bubbles on the top can lead to the buildup of salt.

I use a powerhead, but I read somewhere in the past day that you could use a one or the other. I understand how it helps to make sure all the salt disolves, but how or what does it stabilize? :thinking:
