Can you id this for me Sorry no picture

It's on my live rock it looks like tiny green strings. I looked at bubble algae but it doesnt look like that. This is bright green and sorta clearish. It kinda looks like a little macro algae but i have no clue if you want to know any more let me know.

Is it kinda interwoven? It may be the beginnings of some kind of sponge. I've got lattice sponges on my LR that are green and clearish.

What do you mean by interwoven. They branch out from a single point. There are a couple on different places on this marshal island rock.
