Can You Overfeed your Corals or Anemone

I just got some acans and a duncan frags... i was wondering if you can overfeed them or if feeding a lot is harmful to their overall health???

Over feeding can be detrimental to your tank. It can cause algae blooms and nitrate problems. If you have good lighting your photosynthetic creatures(i.e.anemone and most corals) will not need to be fed as often. I don't spot feed any corals in my tank and they are growing successfully. Others spot feed with success. Just be careful not to overfeed your tank.
