Can you spot feed Zoos?

phytoplankton and cyclopeeze are probably the most common. Flricordia suggested something in the Zoa grow out thread I've never hear of, you might want to check that out. Some use a homemade mixture of blended food as well.

I use Cylopeeze reguarly. Once in a while some DT's too when I have some. I do not just spot feed though, I release it as a cloud in their area. I have a lot of other critters that benifit from it too. I like seeing the little guys all close up as the Cyclopeeze floats on to them. Works a bit better if you slow the flow some while feeding too. Like slack tide times in nature, something we seldom do or think about in our tanks.

I don't spot feed all the time but when I do I use this-
Its homemade....a feeder syringe for feeding baby animals (the large one)
a length of 1/8 inch tubing (Both available at pet stores)
and two rubber grommets (used for wiring)
Its a little tricky getting it together but well worth it
