I am renting out my timeshare this year. It is for 7 days, September 17-24, 2005. It is in Cancun, Mexico, at The Royal Sands. Here is the link to the Five Star Resort-

The Penthouse villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room with dining area and full balcony with furniture. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on a beautiful white sand beach. The villa has an ocean view and a pool view. I have attached a picture of the resort with the locatio of the villa marked, a picture taken from the balcony of the villa, a picture of the awsome pool and a floor plan of the villa.
This place is GREAT! I own 2 weeks there and will really miss going this year. If you are interested, I can email more pictures and lots of other information.
