candy cane coral turning white

I have a candy cane coral the has started to turn white. I have been feeding it brine shrimp and I have 2-9watt 03actinic blue bulbs and 2 9 watt 10000k daylight bulbs. what can I do to bring the color back

What size tank is this in? My guess is you don't have enough light to sustain this coral which is why it is bleaching, but to be sure what are your water parameters?
