We purchased a fully operational reef tank 5 months ago
The previous owner acknowledged he was having trouble finding the right spot to keep the candy cane coral "happy" and there was only 1 or 2 heads and a fair amount of "bare stalk" -
Once we had it set up and started testing - Calcium was extremely low -
Calcium is up to 440 - and the remaining candy canes are doing better.........
My question - can I cut away all the ugly bare stalk?
