Candy you hate. Or hated as a kid

Halloween is coming up and lets pretend kids still trick or treat, cause some still do. I gotta buy candy and before you even reply you should know that I am THE best candy buyer ever!! I buy a big box of full sized candy bars from the BJ's club. let the kids pick.
But nobody did that when I was a kid. We got the variety.
Some I hated, some I liked.
So what do you or did you hate.
as a kid I hated...
popcorn balls
*maryJanes
*Bit o honey
candy corn
*I like them now as an adult

crappy generic saran wrapped candies. after all the chocolate and gum and candy corn is gone, these are the ones we throw at cars.

I also hated getting fruit, like mini boxes of raisins or an apple.

I remember that. There was always someone on the block trying to promote the health thing. Who th eheck wants a raisin amidst all that cndy? Unless of course, it's covered in chocolate!! I love raisinettes!!

i already posted but i though id share this, just because its freaking strange.
theres this one lady down the street from us who, every halloween, gets the idea into her head that kids today need more God in their lives. so what does she do? she tears pages out of the bible, tapes them around candy bars, and passes them out to unsuspecting devil-worshipping 5 year olds.

I have always hated the chocolate from Palmer, the company with the bunny logo. I think we used to get it as Easter bunnies, Christmas santas, and halloween gold coins. That cheap chocolate makes me sick.

There is a candy I hated but I can't remember the names...dang! I also thought Dum Dum lollypops were a bit lame, tootsie roll pops of course were the highly desired one's.

Yeah, I could never get into lollipops. I dunno, something about that empty fruit flavor.
I recently started liking Twix (the cookie crunch) but have always loved M&M's, Hershey's, Kit-Kat, Smarties...ah, fond memories of trick-or-treating.
Nowadays kids from the surrounding area (not even kids, people in high school) come around without costumes with nothing but a pillowcase.

I remember they were usually lips or vampire fangs.

I always hated getting popcorn balls and bit of honey...yuck! The real highlight of halloween was always the end of the night pumpkin smashing, loads of fun!
