hi, i'm getting ready to build a canopy for my tank. my wife is tired of listening to the high pitched whining of the tiny fans on my lights, so i figure this way i can put in bigger, quieter fans. here's my questions. do i have both fans facing out? one in and one out? not sure. i've also been reading online, and there are a couple people that say the best reflectors you can possibly get are, acrylic mirrors. is this true, or should i stick with the standards? any help is appreciated. thanks

The best way IMO is to have fans hitting water,of course you will have more evaporation but the water temp will stay lower.
