Can't figure out how to post a pic

Hey guys I just can't seem to figure out how to post a pic. I am using an Olympus camera and the computer software for it is Camedia. When i try to post it says the maximum size is like 102400bytes. I don't know how to make that size. Right now it says the pic size is 127kb. Any idea how to see that size in bytes. How do i make the pic smaller? Sorry for the dumb questions but i don't know much about computers.

127kb is 127,000 bites.
You'll have to use your computer software to shrink it in resolution, or use a higher compression setting when you save it to a JPEG.

I had all kinds of problems getting my pics down to that size. My kid showed me how to do it and then I was really confused. The website above made it a little easier. HTH.

Well that didn't work very well did it? If you do a search under "thumbnailer", you'll find the URL.

You can also use the paint program or I use Dell Image expert to shrink my pics.
