I bought an Oceanic BioCube 14 a few months back and now one of the external ballasts has gone bad. Apparently Oceanic customer service is non-exsistent because I can never get a hold of anyone and can't get a response to my emails.
What I need is the replacement 24 watt ballast for the BioCube 14. If ANYONE knows how/where to get one please help me out!
