Can't get CA up

My CA is 310 and dKH is 8. PH about 8.2. I add 1/3 cup of DIY part 1 and 1/3 cup DIY part 2 every morning and am also dripping Kalkwasser made with 2 tsps in a gallon of water. I drip about 1 gallon or slightly less per day.
Tank is a 90 gallon and I have a 29 gallon sump. A large open brain and several large pieces of Candy Cane but not too much more that would use up a lot of CA.
Any ideas why I cannot get the CA up to a respectable level of 400 or more?
Also as added info, I do a 12 gallon water change each week and I use Tropic Marin salt mix. Regular not the Pro.

Use the reef calculator (google it) to determine how much solid Calcium Chloride and Baking soda you need. The solution is weak and is mostly used to maintain (not raise) calcium/alkalinity.
Also, check your magnsium level and calcium/mag/alk of your salt mix.

Try using a salt mix with higher CA and Mag like Coralife or Oceanic. Coralife tests somewhere around 560 CA and 1380 Mag - Oceanic tests around 580 CA and 1650 Mag. My CA level was low at around 340 and I did a 25g water change with Oceanic and was able to get it back up to 420.
