my green moray is about a 10-12" long, and about a quarter in diameter. I had him for a week, and he hasnt eaten yet. I tried guppies, roseys, and goldfish. Any suggestions?

Give him fresh shrimp from the store. Also it took my eel way over a month before he started to eat. Give him time to acclimate to his new environment.

Make sure that it feels secure. Lots of hiding places. I feel that the more secure it is the more likely it will feed.

I put a PVC pipe in my tank...just make sure it it big enough for him to turn around in. My eel loved it.

Don't worry too much. Your moray will eat. My tesselata took a week before he started eating. Now he'll eat anything and everything! He loves smelt, shrimp, squid, tuna, salmon...and...uncooked roast beef (please now, i don't feed it regularly)
BTW, how big is your tank? Post a pic of that baby if you can.
