Carpet alge

I got this alge thats dominating my tank majorly. Its green and Now Very long (up to 5 inches high) and is everhwhere! Is there a way to get rid of it. I just set up my reef tank and the cycle is finnish and abotu 1 week after the cycle this stuff grew Super fast.

What is you water readings. Include phosphates.
A clean-up crew would probably help also.
