Carpet Anemone Placement

I recently got a green carpet anemone. Is it more suitable for it to be on the sand or should I place it on a rock?

Just know that they like to eat fish when they get a little bigger.

Definatly sand substrate. For this type of anemone I'd have MH lighting and a very large tank.
