Can you define "sick"?

How long have you had it?

What lighting are you using and what is the wattage?

Can you post water parameters?

Hard to help without knowing specifics :)

Well I'm not sure it looks like it throwing up out of its moth and the yellow tang keeps eating it
I have had it for around 2 months
Iighting is t5s standard watt
And I would post the levels but I paid a man to do the tank transfer and all he said was the ph mg and all the rest are spot on the only thing I know is the clown fish are very ruff with it sorry I can't help more

Typically that's how they expell waste. It comes out the same way it goes in lol. And in my experience they will tend to shrivel up and look bad for a short period of time when it happens.

Other than that it's hard to say without knowing specifics. Just keep an eye on water parameters. If the lighting is insufficient they will tend to slowly wither away over a period of maybe 2-4 months.
