Carpet Anenome Questions

I was wondering would 440 watts of PC plus a 175 watt MH house a carpet anenome in a 75 gallon tank. I have 2 power compact fixtures each has 2 55 watt 10k bulbs and 2 55 watt acintic bulbs. If I got a 6500k Mh bulb would the PC suplement the for the blue effect. Or should I go with a 250 or higher with the PC.
Thanks for any info.

I HAVE SUCESSFULLY HOUSED 7 ANENOMES IN A 125 WITH ONLY 384 WATTS WITH PC AND MY ANENOMES ARE DOING GREAT. MY ROSE ANENOME HAS SPLIT INTO TWO AND BOTH HALVES HAVE GROWN TO THE ORIGINAL SIZE ABOUT. MY BLUE CARPET IS GREAT AND HAS GROWN A LITTLE BIT. I HAVE READ THAT MORE LIGHT IS REQUIRED FOR THE ROSE ANENOME AND CARPETS THOUGH. THE ROSE'S ARE UP HIGH IN THE TANK ON ONE OF THE TOP LEDGES. THE CARPET IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK IN THE SUBSTRATE. HE MOVES FROM ONE SIDE OF THE TANK TO THE OTHER ABOUT ONCE A MONTH AND BACK AGAIN. I CANT KEEP ANY OTHER ANENOMES ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK BECAUSE WHEN HE MOVES HE MOVES IN A NIGHT AND DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY OF THE OTHERS. GETTING OFF THE SUBJECT HERE BUT I WOULD SAY THAT IS ENOUGH LIGHT TO KEEP A CARPET AS LONG AS YOU ALWAYS CHANGE OUT YOUR PC BULBS EVERY 6 MONTHS. I KEEP MH ON MY CORAL TANK BUT NOT MY ANEMONE TANK. IM SURE THAT MH WOULD BE GOOD THOUGH.

You have enough lighting in your tank to house a S. haddoni. The halide is the most important light, so make sure the carpet will have an area underneath that light to settle in if it so chooses. You will also want to feed it a few times a week.
brigmanj, rbta's don't need as much light as carpets. More light certainly wont hurt them in anyway, but S. haddoni/gigantea require more. The carpet is unhappy for some reason, that's why it's moving around, you may want to look into that.

So you think that I should get a metal halide setup as well? If so on top of the pc what should i get 2x175 watts? And what spectrum 10k or 20k. I feed all my anemones 3 times a week krill and the carpet and the atlantic like formula 1 vhp.
