Do a search on carpet anemones you will get lots of info,
I have one, he has killed a coral in my tank, you got to watch them also you must have great water and good light, and there is no gaurantee that your clown will take to it , my clowns dont ever look at mine

I maybe mistaken but I believe that carpet anenomes might even eat fish including clowns! You definitely want to find that out before you buy one!

carpet anenomes eat fish. My lfs had a green carpet in a 200 for 4 years with a naso. Last month they came in to find the naso half eaten by the carpet. That was a big fish:eek:

You don't need an anemone to house with your clowns. They will be perfectly fine with a nice leather, colt, tree coral, frogspawn, torch, xenia, and even green star polyps. Anemones have a horible survival rate in captivity, so spare a life and go with a hardy coral.
