I am thinking of trading my bi-color blennie for a Jawfish...that means catching the blennie! Any hints on doing this? It is a ten gallon so I can move the rockwork but I would rather not do that unless I have to. any ideas would be great :happyfish

Good lick....
Just go ahead and move the rock worck. You'll save alot of time going ahead and doing this.
It will be next to impossible to catch him without moving the rock.

I plan on moving mine in the next couple of weeks ,from one tank to another, and he has a spot in some of the barnacles we have that he'll hide in when ever a hand or net is stuck in the water. If there is a cave in certain piece of lr ,or some special hiding spot, you could try to scare it into it and then take that one piece out, maybe. I guess it would depend on if it's a single piece and if there is nothing on top of it though.

Thanks for the tips...It does have a favorite cave I'll have to move a lot to use that rock to get it out, but maybe that will work. I was thinking of trying to make some sort of trap, maybe a peice of plastic pipe with a closed end, it i could get it to use that as a hiding place it would be easy to just block an end and take it out....I have time, I'm waiting a few weeks before I change the tank because I recently moved it. :happyfish
