Catching fish with Ich

I know that there are like a million threads about Ich but I need help catching my two fish with Ich. I have a 135g tank and my tang and my angel have a bad case of ich. I know to QT everything but I recently purchased a mandarin and I was not sure how to QT that fish because my QT would have have a whole lot for him to eat. So, I know how my fish caught Ich but I can't catch them. I can't remove all my rock because I have over 150lbs and they are covered in coral. Any suggestions??? I have had my tang for over 6 months and he is truly my favorite so I would do anything to keep him alive. Thanks!

I know everyone has different opinions on how to deal with ich, but at this point the tank already has it so trying to catch and remove the fish now is going to really stress everybody out in there and you are probalby going to lose all the fish. If the tank is fish only I would do hypo treatment, but if it is a reef I would just focus on feeding with garlic and feeding a little more than you usually would to fatten them up to fight the disease off. Ich is not a death sentence if you keep your water quality really good and if your fish are healthy otherwise.
