I was just trying to find out which one everyone thinks is the best. I'm interested in the Kent HiS 60gpd so was wondering what is comparable in the other two units.

Well i haven't had time to look into these other brands yet but if i decided to go with kent what accessories will i need. I know the flush kit but is there anything else that is recommend? I have seen that some of the other RO units come with some of the things that kent doesn't as far as accessories.

I have Maxxima Hi-S 60gl a day by Kent Marine nice unit. If you do buy one you should not back flush this unit. It will damage the membrane. The last unit is not exposed to chlorine. When filtering forward chlorine is removed before getting to membrane. Backflushing will expose it to chlorine and damage the unit.

fishman1,
thanks, i didn't know that. I haven't read all of the info on these yet so i would have hopefully run across it.
any more info on the other two would still be helpfull. Sorry, I said i was going to do the research but with classes and work i've become bogged down and come on here for a few mins hoping to learn something!!!

fishman1 - I was looking at the kent web site and under the Hi-S it recommends using a flushkit for the unit.
