Heres how I did it; Skipped the morning feeding,waited till about 5:00pm, added a pinch of flake, he could not wait for it to sink, he came to the top to chomp,I had the net at water level, Then SWOOP, Got him 2.7 seconds, I hope this works as well for you as it did for me. Good Luck

Congrats on the easy capture. Wish I would have thought of that when I tried to catch mine. I got frustrated and removed all live rock. What a pain.
