Cauliflower Disease Or Lymphocystis

Can any one tell me if it is worth trying to take my Scopas out of my reef tank to use something on him. What I have read is that there really isn't a cure and it is not fatal. I have noticed that as of today the spot on his back end is doing better but now there is a spot on his nose.
The other spots are not on the fish, the glass is just dirty.
If needed I will try to get some better pictures.

That is lymphocyctis it seems. There is info in the FAQ Thread on this condition. Take a look.
If it is lymphocyctis, then, no, don't remove him from your tank.
