cc star will not eat

my cc star has one of his arms out of the water and when he does that i give him a peice of kirll. But for 5 days he has been leaving his arm out of the water and he will not take the krill. what should i do

I have heard of people injecting mysis shrimp under a star with a turkey baster. Do you have any nitrates in the tank?

Have you tried anything else to feed the CC? I feed mine Freeze dried shrimp, silver backs and raw shrimp. Also the other thing I can think is what are the water parameters? Is he still moving around the tank?

How long have you had this star, and what are your SPECIFIC water parameters?

i have had him for over 3 monthes and yes he is moving,,,,, away from the food
nits. 0.0 and 0.0 :cheer:

salt. 1.024 :cheer:
and i did a water change to day

I use a turkey baster, just put shrimp, kril directly in mouth, a bunch and he will sit there a while eating, loves it.

Is Krill the only thing you feed him? Try a variety of different food.
