centipede like worm ?

I was just looking at my tank about 2 hours after I turned out the lights. I saw a red centipede like creature coming out of a hole in the lr. Should I be concerned?

They can be different colors.

Sounds like my bristleworm that I caught sneaking out of the LR a couple of months ago. Here is a picture of him:

I noticed a few fuzzy red worms peeking out of my new LR, Im assuming its a harmless bristle worm???
