Chaeto and cycling...

I have a 110 gallon tank with 90-100 pounds of live rock. I have a refugium with live sand and mineral mud. The tank is cycling, do I add the chaeto AFTER all ammonia and nitrite readings are at 0 or use the chaeto to help cycle the tank? I will be running my fuge light 24/7.
Also anyone looking to unload some of thier overgrown chaeto and some pods, PM me or shoot me an email. I would like to get my hands on some from a fellow hobbyist.

Thanks guys!
(I am in Washington State and will pay all shipping costs etc.)

The chaeto needs nitrate to thrive, reducing nitrate is its main reason for existing. Wait until you have a positive nitrate reading before putting in the chaeto, that could be a while. It won't do anything to help cycle the tank, unless it dies and produces ammonia.
