Chance of Recovery

So as my last post stated i lost all my corals and fish during my move, I have decided to regain my momentum and start rebuilding. So i went to LFS to buy a Elegance Coral. got it home was in the tank for 2-3 weeks now was doing fine until yesterday when i fed my fish Marine Cruisine.
Now, its shriveled up in its skeleton is showing on one end, so i turned to a water test to see what is going on.
Nitrates are about 20 mg/L
Ammonia is about 0.50 mg/L
Ph. 8.0
Nitrate 0.10 mg/L
Im planning on doing a 20Gal water change.. to lower the figures, Is there any chance of survival of the coral at this point.
By the way, the lighting I'm using is 3 Bulb 10k 48" T5 HO. and 1 Bulb Actinic T5 Ho. Should i balance my Actinic back out. I have 2 fixtures on my tank and and have actinic bulbs just have them turned off since I don't have enough space on my timer to plug them in. I can buy another timer if needed.

That stinks! I know you probably don't want to hear this, but I don't there is much hope for the elegance. They're a really difficult coral, and that ammonia spike might have done it in. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you though!

This may be out of left field BUT did any of the food get on your elegance. I have a theory and this is only mine. Fish may peck at elegance either out of curiosity or if food gets caught in its tentacles. I believe this interaction between fish and the coral may trigger a situation that causes the rapid decline in the coral
