Change in plan....

I decided to change my 'fuge from a hang on to a seperate unit. I am using my 20 gal(high) as a template. Will 1/4 inch plastic still work or do I need to go thicker? I am planning to install baffles that run the length of the tank that should help its integrity. What do you gys think?

i think the 20 high is 16 inches right? ... iF so your pushing it with 1/4" acrylic, you will probably want to go with 3/8 If you wanted to do a 20 long you could get away with 1/4. (12 inches high)
But if your going to do that... why not just go buy a glass tank. I bought my 20 long for $25 at petkillers. They also had 20 highs for about the same price.
