Changing color or tank borders

Hi all, I have a 150g tank that has oak color borders and an oak/pine cabinet stand. I plan on staining the stand an espresso color and was wondering if anyone knows if they sell some type of sticker etc so I can make the set-up uniform? Do I just need to paint it? Thanks!

You should be able to paint it with a paint ment for plastic

Have you considered wall paper?

Kraylon brand is made for painting plastic, used it for lawn furniture, so it should work well for a fish tank. Contact paper (sticky wallpaper) might work, but with saltwater, sticky stuff doesn't stay as it should... it's could be worth a try. It's a pain to work with, and not have bubbles.
