Changing lights... light acclimation?

Just ordered replacement lights for my PC fixture. 2 65 watt, one 10k and one actinic. Can't remember should I just swap them at the same time or should I do one and than the other a few days later. Suggestions??

I have MHs and VHOs. I swap mine at different times and decrease the light cycle by 1 1/2 hrs then bring it up over the course of a few weeks.

I personally would swap them out over a two day period ~ gives your corals a chance to adjust to the increased light.

Thanks guys. With PC I'm just going to change over a 2 day period.
