cheapest hob fuge?

im working on getting the micro bubble broblem fixed. i figure if i run the output tube to a something that is HOB it will get rid of the micro bubble prob....
my AC 300 is not big enough to handle the GPH of the CL SS125, so instead of buying the larger model, i mine as well buy a hob fuge.
so what is the cheapest HOB fuge that will handle the output of my SS 125? (500 GPH)
what brands are there?
aquafuge, aquatrader and CPR is all i know of....
the main thing is if it will handle the GPH.
im also considering making my own out of acrylic, could anyone help me out with that?

I'd maybe take a look at the CPRs. Other than that, there is the DIY kits you can get off the 'bay, those tend to be the cheapest. If you go the DIY route, you can get extra acrylic cement from a hobby store. They were the only ones who carried it in my area.
If you have a seperate skimmer, you can get a fuge only HOB model. No venturi = no micro bubbles to deal with.
